How it works
Four steps, no surprises.
12 visits a year on the simplest plan.
The process
From order to photograph.
- 01
Choose how often we visit
Pick a subscription, or book a single visit for a date that matters. Plans are billed monthly in advance.
- 02
Tell us where they are
Send the cemetery, the name on the headstone and the section or plot number if you have it. If you don't, we'll work it out with you before the first visit.
- 03
We visit and take care of it
Fresh flowers are placed, the headstone is tidied by hand and anything past its best is cleared away.
- 04
You get a photograph
A photograph of the grave after the visit, sent to you, so you can see exactly what was done.
What we need from you
Not all of this is essential. The cemetery and the name on the stone are enough to start; the rest makes the first visit quicker.
- The cemetery name
- The name on the headstone
- Section, lot or plot number, if you have it
- The dates you would like us to visit
- A photograph of the grave, if you have one — it helps us find it the first time
If something changes
We visit in light rain and snow. If conditions would make the cemetery unsafe or leave flowers damaged, we move the visit and tell you before the new date.
Dates can be moved and grave details can be corrected at any time. Tell us before the visit and nothing is charged for the change.

Asked about visits
A few practical answers.
How will you find the right grave?
You give us the cemetery's address as well as its name — a name alone can be in another county — the name on the headstone, the years on the stone if you have them, and the section or plot if you know it. A cemetery office finds a plot by a burial date far more reliably than by a surname. There is also a box at checkout for anything else that helps. If the grave is still hard to find, we will ask before the visit rather than guess.
Can I choose the dates?
On a monthly plan you choose the date each month and we confirm the visit window. On twice-a-month and weekly plans we agree the pattern up front and keep to it; you can ask to move an individual visit.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We visit in light rain and snow. If conditions would make the cemetery unsafe or leave flowers damaged, we move the visit and tell you before the new date.
