Plans and pricing
How much does a subscription cost?
Subscriptions start at $39 a month for 12 visits a year, and go up to $119 a month for a weekly visit. Billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time before the next billing date.
See the plansWhat does a one-time visit cost?
One-time visits start at $49. A single placement, a special occasion arrangement, a holiday placement, a headstone deep clean and a visit that places flowers and cleans the stone together are each priced in full on the one-time visits page.
See one-time visitsCan I cancel?
Billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time before the next billing date. You can cancel yourself from your account, or by emailing us — there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. The month you have already paid for runs to its end, so visits already scheduled in it still happen. For a one-time visit, cancel up to the day before the agreed date for a full refund; on the day itself we move the visit instead.
Read the refund policyHow do I change my plan?
Sign in and open the plan from your account: it can be moved to a different cadence, or stopped, from there. The page works out the exact difference and shows it before you confirm — moving to a more frequent plan is charged then, and moving to a cheaper one takes effect at your next billing date, with the price you have already paid staying as it is until then. Either can be undone before it starts.
Open your accountCan I add an extra visit to my plan?
Yes. Sign in, open the plan and use "Add an extra placement" to mark a day that matters — a birthday, a wedding anniversary, Mother's or Father's Day, the anniversary of their passing, Christmas. Choose the date and we will place fresh flowers, tidy the stone and send you a photograph. It is $35, charged once to the card on your account, and your monthly price does not change. It is one visit rather than a change to the plan, so the cadence stays as it is, and the date has to be at least two days ahead so it can be fitted into the round.
Open your accountCan I send flowers as a gift?
Yes. A single placement, a special occasion arrangement and a holiday placement can all be sent for someone else. You receive every email and the photograph; add their address at checkout and the photograph goes to them as well.
See one-time visitsWhat if I'm not sure which plan to choose?
Email us with how often you would like the grave visited and we will suggest one. Plans can be changed later — tell us and we will move you, and the new price applies from the next billing month.
Visits and scheduling
How will you find the right grave?
You give us the cemetery's address as well as its name — a name alone can be in another county — the name on the headstone, the years on the stone if you have them, and the section or plot if you know it. A cemetery office finds a plot by a burial date far more reliably than by a surname. There is also a box at checkout for anything else that helps. If the grave is still hard to find, we will ask before the visit rather than guess.
Can I choose the dates?
On a monthly plan you choose the date each month and we confirm the visit window. On twice-a-month and weekly plans we agree the pattern up front and keep to it; you can ask to move an individual visit.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We visit in light rain and snow. If conditions would make the cemetery unsafe or leave flowers damaged, we move the visit and tell you before the new date.
Which cemeteries do you serve?
We currently serve cemeteries in and around Columbus, Ohio, and we are adding cities as we grow. If your cemetery is somewhere else, email us — we will tell you honestly whether we can reach it, and every request helps us decide where to go next.
Ask about your cemeteryDo you follow cemetery rules?
Yes. Some cemeteries limit what can be placed, and some clear flowers on a fixed day each week. We follow the cemetery's rules, and on the weekly plan we time visits around the clearing where one is published.
Headstone care
What does a deep clean involve?
Cleaning by hand with soft brushes, water and stone-safe products, working around the lettering and any polished finish. A deep clean includes before and after photographs.
About headstone careWill cleaning damage the stone?
Not the way we do it. Pressure washers, wire brushes and bleach are what damage lettering, sealant and polished surfaces, so we don't use them. If a stone looks fragile — marble that has started to sugar, or a repair we can see — we stop and tell you before doing anything further.
Can I add a deep clean?
No plan includes a deep clean — every visit on every plan is fresh flowers, a light tidy and a photograph. A deep clean is ordered as a one-time visit: $79 for the clean on its own, or $109 with fresh flowers placed on the same visit.
About headstone careAccounts and contact
Do I need an account?
Yes. An order is placed inside an account — a name, an email address and a password — because that is what holds the visits, the photographs, the card and the invoices in one place, and what lets you change or cancel a plan without writing an email. Creating one takes a minute and you go straight on to the order details.
About accountsHow do I receive the photographs?
By email, after each visit, and in your account. One-time orders and subscription visits both include a photograph of the grave as it was left.
How do I change a date or a grave detail?
Email us with what has changed. Date changes are free when there is notice before the visit; grave details are updated straight away so the next visit goes to the right place.
