First, an account.

An account is how a plan stays yours: it holds the visits, the photographs, the card and the invoices, and it is where a change is made in a click rather than an email.

At least 6 characters. Three unrelated words are easier to remember than one word with a number on the end.

We email one link afterwards to confirm the address. You do not have to wait for it — the account works straight away.

What the account holds

  • Every plan, and the visits already made
  • Your card and every invoice Stripe has issued
  • Change plan, cancel or undo — without writing an email
  • The photographs, whenever you want to look again

It is also how a gift works: order a visit for somebody else, and both of you receive the photograph without either of you needing to forward anything.
